Does anyone have any experiences of property syndicates in Dubai? A group of us are putting together a syndicate and I'd be interested to hear anyones comments on the idea.
We would probably start with say 10 people buying Dhs. 200,000 shares, buy a property for cash and then take it from there.
No need for mortgages or interest but it wouldn't be very flexible ie If we buy 2 or 3 properties we can't just sell up one to give someone their profit at a months notice.
