Hi all
Im conducting some research into Property searches in Europe and other devloped nations.
As you are no doubt all aware, Local Authorities in England and Wales provide CON29 and Land CHarges searches. I can find information about other Land Registries for title ownership searches and the like, but not who provides the local searches in other countries.
Who provides the planning, highways, building control, environmental health etc in these other countries?
Cant seem to find anything!
