Property Prices in Portugal

We have purchased a T1 off plan apartment in Carveioro in August 2007 due for completion in mid summer 2008. Does anybody know what as been happening with property prices in this area on the Algarve over the last 12 months. Also if there is any info on future projected property values that would be very useful to know.
