Property maintenance

Hi,

I am looking for a professional and reliable maintenance company to renovate my 2 properties. I need to paint both properties and renovate the bathrooms before tenants move in.
Unfortunately, It has been very hard to find a company that can do the job correctly, this has been a nightmare for me.


Any advice, tips...?

Do you have any friends or acquaintances in the property industry who could recommend third parties to you? Perhaps you could approach a local real estate agent and ask their advice?
