Does anyone know if there a free investment magazine online to offer advice and news to investors? If so, could you advise me which would be the best read.

Dont know of any tbh, If i were beginning to look at investment, I would use forums like this one to build up knowledge.
There is a big difference between impartial and partial magazines and editors who do a report on a development that write what they are told rather than a savvy independent advisor who knows what he is talking about.
Spend a few hours per day scanning the websites, you would be better off.
