Hi,
I am a young professional just after re-locating to Trier and working in Luxembourg. I am currently thinking about buying an apt. to live in for a couple of years and then to rent out. I would be very interested to hear peoples' views on whether a one or two bed would be more suitable( for rental yield in future),is there an incentive for first time buyers in Germany, tax implications( rental yield, sale after a few years etc) and any other general advice. I said I would put it out there anyway, all comments are welcome.
