Has anyone any recent experience of new apartments being sold in Pristina? I would like a guide to any new build prices in 2011. Idea on mortgage rates and how much investors can borrow from local banks, a UK investor.

just to let you know that real estate investment in Kosovo is the best investment possible , as an example we have a good example investment of Turkish Company called KONAK Group or Konak Construction Inc.
They really did something special and that's why i have appartments there and so far this appartments are of the highest quality & standards.
