hello, I would be very grateful for any advice anyone can offer on the following opportunity:
A friend has bought a property to do up and sell on and he is putting up 65% of the money and asking me to put up 35% ( plus mortgage of £335 in his name)
He has taken all the risk so far, bought property, got planning, done all the work to get it to this stage ( just finalising builders quotes) and I haven't parted with any money yet. He is also going to be doing the project management for the build. I would be mainly a silent investor but have had some input into plans / interior design.
Q What is a fair split of the profit in your opinion?
