Process of selling apartment?

Does anyone know the step by step process of selling an apartment? Also does anyone of any reputable solicitors?

I am looking to sell my apartment in Dec 09 and want to start gathering information on how to go about it so any information would be appreciated.

Whats the current price of a second floor 1 bed apartment in Spanish Cluster?

I also am trying to sell and I live in AMerica. It is very difficult without the title deed. Mine has not been issued. I would contact Better Homes in Dubai. They are very good I am told. My friend in Dubai uses them and speaks highly of them.
