Hi to all,
I am new to this forum and i hope i am posting this on the correct page.
I have purchased 2 apartments in dubai sports city one located in Elite 1 and the other in Stadium Point.
I purchased Elite 1 through Casa Dubai and everthing seems to be going through fine, I have seen the sales purchase agreement and I am due to receive it shortly.
However I purchased the other apartment in Stadium Point with a company called Profile UK. I am totally unsure about this purchase as Profile seem totally unprofessional. I am yet to see a sales purchase contract even though I have parted with almost £70000.
All I have to show for my cash is a piece of paper with a transfer agreement on it. The agent constantly assures me that my cash is safe and is deposited in an escrow account.
Has anyone purchased with Profile and if so are you getting the same sort of service. How do I know for sure my money is safe and deposited in Escrow account.
