Problems with Nakheel Building Service Charge and Master Community Charge

I sent the money to Nakheel to pay for the Building Service Charge and Master Community Charge 4 weeks ago and they still cant confirm if they have received it due to a backlog in the finance department. Has anyone else sent there payment at roughly the same time and had confirmation that its been received.

Kind, Thanks for info. How long after you sent the payment did it take them to confirm they had received the money.

it took them a week to reply. If you don't get a reply, better call Hafiz.
