Premiums

I have a studio which is 4 months away from completion from a 2 year build
and the current premium is 65%.
Can anyone tell me what the premium might be on completion?Thanks

It would be tough to base a premium just on that information...
Would need to know the OP and project details (name, developer, location ...)
Generally you see premiums at 100% by completion... some get to that benchmark, others easily surpass it...
