Hi all,
I am currently considerin selling my apartment in Time Tower with sea view and at the entrance of Najmat Abu Dhabi.
One of the agents there thinks 14% is a good premium... do you guys agree? Should it be more or less?
Its attractive cos it has installments every 6 months which is unique and gives investors different options.
