Power Cut to over 1000 Flats in IC

When I called DEWA about having my power cut. The DEWA person told me that over a thousand flats in IC have had their power cut.

I don't know about any one else in IC, but the reason I haven't paid my DEWA bill is I never received it.

Try using DEWA's online billing facility, I have used this for 5 years now, never once have they failed to send me a bill, Even if I am a few days late in making payment it has never caused issues.
