Hello all,
Can some one help me with some information about buying a property in png. What is the cost involved? E.g. Stamp duty/ taxes etc. Is there a website or similar i can find out about land taxes etc? How much does a png real estate agency charge a manage a property

Hi Damien,
If its your first home, you will not pay stamp duty. If it is for investment, stamp duty is 5% of the total cost of property.

Other costs, such as insurance and bank fees will again be contingent on the cost and/or value of the property.

This is far as I can help but close to accurate information can be provided if you indicate the cost of the property.
