Hi If you look at photos from say 1 year ago you will get an idea what its like now apart from a bit of landscaping. We too have a place in the france section we payed the place a visit in feb this year and to be honest the area around our building is the same as it was 2 years ago, i.e no shops open in the building, no landscaping. One thing did stand out, and thats the whole place is starting to look run down.

Service charge/ photos

Hi. For us and iam sure many others it was a case of paying the service charge in order to get our Title deeds, next time the charges are due people may think twice about paying. If anybody has any recent photos it would be interesting to see them though.
