Hey,
Is it correct that this area is possibly unsafe to buy? I have heard that some houses have tumbled into the ravine.

We are re - locating shortly to the area and wander or would appreciate help and advice. On living in Cabo Riog, La Zenia, La Regia. Villa Martin and the surrounding areas.

New or resale?s? What?s the best bet?

Ship out belongings or buy new?

I have been on trips several times to these district in the past, I also have a relation who owns a holiday home in the area.

So much still to learn, who better to ask than ex pats.

Hello moises,
I do hope you enjoy your time with us, I don?t know the area that you are moving to very well, but did spend five weeks there three years ago, in La Zenia I was informed that there was a lot of crime there and that the local council did not have the money to employ more Police Local at that time.

I think that things have improved a little, but am not to sure, I do however urge you to spend a few weeks in the area to suss out the situation for your self.
