Planned Marina for Paphos??

Everyone's heard of this proposal, but is it ever likely to happen....and is so, when?
Last I heard was it was out for tender...

they've been talking about that marina and countless other things for 15-20 years. take everything they say or propose with a pinch of salt.

I understand the contract has been awarded but there is a dispute about it (suprise, suprise). In any case, in the current climate I don't expect anything to happen for a few years. Also, building more new properties will only add to the glut of unsold new & resales in the area.
