Many international financial institutions predict that the Philippine economy, while already on a steady path of positive growth at present, will also continue to develop further in the coming year. With this in mind, would you say this is a sign that it would be a good idea to invest in Philippine real estate now?

I think for me, it is good to invest on real estate now rather than not doing it at all. It would be a good asset for you to have a good land or condo to that matter. Try to analyze the market and run thru if it would help you out. Try also to search into other materials and see what you can do and the things that you can make out for.
