Phase 1 availability

Anyone know what the availability is like for phase 1 units? I heard they are in short supply, and that phase 2 has been released and prices have gone up.

I'm not sure at the moment, but contemplating. Just trying to find out whats available on the first phase and what kind of prices we are talking for 2 bed units.
