Petrol prices hiked again in UAE
Petrol prices are set to go up by 20 fils from this Thursday, the second such hike in less than three months.

o.k so what this has to do with property ,well i see this good news for the property market in Dubai as you might know that a lot of Dubai residents work in Dubai but live in other emirates such as Sharjah or Ajman or even al Aien many of them will start to rethink about their daily travelling costs so it maybe more feasible to rent in Dubai and travel less than go live in other emirates.
this move by the government to increase petrol prices will not revive the property market in Dubai but might deaccelarate the fast decline in rental prices.
