I am looking for people interested in Permuta`s. A full interpretion can be found on the opipt.com site (for your information only).
Basically, the agreement is between a land owner and a developer or maybe a group of investors working independantly. The landowner agrees to 'gift' his land in exchange for completed properties.
I have contacts with Permuta landowners and would like to progress forward. If you can provide information allowing me to do that please let me know
