Paramount Hotel Jumeirah Waterfront

Invested money for 6 studios in Paramount Hotel Jumeirah Waterfront with Damac Properties Co. The construction of the project had been stopped since the government is expanding the port in that area. I made an inquiry to Damac regarding money refund but have been told that the CEO Mr. Hussain Sajwani had refused to satisfy my request. What actions can be done in this case? Will appreciate if you can share experiences.

If you have a valid claim then it is not down to the company to say yes or no to a refund. Personally I would take it further to the Dubai Authorities:-
