Palm marina residence

I am expecting to take delivery of my apartment in the Palm marina residence - 2 bed apartment "D" Type some time in April.
Need advise on renting which is better long term or holiday letting and how much rent can I expect.
Are there any companies specialising in holiday or part time rentals who can take it on.
