Palace Tower - Investment Advise Required.

I am new entrant in dubai market. I intend to purchase a 2BR in PALACE TOWER, in Dubai silicon Oasis,
The rate is AED 1050 PSFT.
CAn any body suggest will this investment will be good enough to flip in say 3-6 months with a margin of 200- 300 k net amount.

any advise will be appreciated.

I suspect, DSO will take some time to mature. And by the way if you want to flip then dont think of other developers then the big 4

Its only the BIG 4 (Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Properties & Mizin) which are FLIP properties. Otherwse its a big risk
