Palace Tower - Investment Advise Required.

I am new entrant in dubai market. I intend to purchase a 2BR in PALACE TOWER, in Dubai silicon Oasis,
The rate is AED 1050 PSFT.
CAn any body suggest will this investment will be good enough to flip in say 3-6 months with a margin of 200- 300 k net amount.

any advise will be appreciated.

Hi,I have a studio at Palace and I would say flip in 6 months as it will be complete at that stage.Prices will probably be around 1400/1500 by then.
