Ozdere is one of the locations not spoilt yet south of Izmir. There has been some German interest in the area recently. You can still get good bargains in Ozdere, but I recommend you to work with an independent solicitor before you get into any deal there. Ozdere is not likely to grow as much as Kusadasi, Didim etc as it does not have famous sandy beaches. But if you're looking for a less spoilt area, then Ozdere is there.

Ozdere is also one of the very cute cities of Turkey.
As we see example in Spain, I think many cities in Turkey which has seashore will be valuable from now on.
But as kusadasisun said if you want a quick return from your investment more famous places like bodrum, kusadasi, fethiye is better to invest today.

I made some research abour agents in Ozdere.
I don't know the owners of the company but anyway maybe you can get information from them.
