Hi all
I have had quite a few people email us this year about owner financed sales in Bulgaria. They can't find them and wish they could.
I've been working on an article about this for a little while now and been trying to find owners wishing to sell their property who are prepared to offer owner financing in Bulgaria. From research it would appear that in the current market this could be a potential way to unlock the stagnant market but none of the owners in Bulgaria are doing this.
Has anyone found owner financed properties for sale in Bulgaria? Also, how keen would you be to buy this way?
