I am pleased to say that I own an apartment in Reehan 5, part of the old town in the new Burj Dubai Downtown area. I haven't seen a forum for us yet and kick off with the question...
what will the Burj Dubai, the dancing fountain, completed Dubai Mall, the skytrain and boulevard tram do for rentals and property values in the old town area?
