Non resident bank account

I am planning to open a non resident bank account in Dubai, but still looking for the "best bank" before proceeding.0
Anyone can advise what is the most flourishing bank?

I recomend EMIRATES BANK as i have had no issues. I opened my account at the UP tower branch on Sheik Zayed.

Hi

I have opened a non resident account in Dubai with HSBC. If you have a HSBC account in the country of residence, your bank can introduce you to HSBC Dubai.
I don't know if it works with other banks.

I prefer Not to be recommended by any bank in my country for better confidentiality

Have you used your account to send wires outside ? did they ask you for invoices or any justifications ? How easy is the account management ?
I have opened a bank in mauritius with SBM but this bank is a real pain.
