NOC validity

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how long an NOC is valid in general in Dubai ?

The NOC has been issued by Nakheel and the transfer will be done 7 days later.

Will the Dubai land department accept it ?

Hi Farid

If there isn't a specified period on the NOC document to state its expiry , the document is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
