A 360 virtual tour is a great way to confirm the layout and positioning of windows, doors, radiators, etc, as well as potential views if not a new build.

My main concern with these though is that is very hard to gauge the actual size of a property when using this virtual tour as more often that not, very similar to property photos, a wide lense is used and therefore can give an impression of a larger room / property than what it actually is and therefore a visit in person should still be carried out.
