Hi,
I hope someone can advise about the new Prescott Development which is near the Spain part of International City. Its called Prime residency and I gather from the developer that it is sold out. Do you think that it could be a good medium/long term investment? More information is available from their website prescott-developers (unfortunately I cannot post URL yet).
