New development in CBD

Hi

Does anyone know what is going to be developed in the big roundabout in the middle of CBD.

I can see that they starting laying down a road or something through it. I heard its going to be a shopping mall with residential and commericial spaces. Is this true?

No idea! Its looks that they are dividing the one circular roundabout into two halves seperated by a road in the middle. And this road they will connect with the main axial road.
A shopping mall at this location doesn't looks logical but you never know.......???

Just my point of view....

That makes sense, but I have seen some designs of international city on the internet that show two tall buildings in that area.
