Hi RealDeal,

I am looking to purchase a property through them and after a search found out that a relative of the current owner was involved in a pensions scam a few years back. Just wanted to check if anyone has purchased a property using them recently.

Personally I would be extremely careful although this does not mean the current owner has done/or will do anything wrong. It has obviously raised a red flag in your head - go with your gut feeling.
