Need contacts in banks - must be EXCELLENT at follow up

Hi all, a friend who is a non-UAE resident and wants to invest in Abu Dhabi with some mates, potentially purchasing a floor (or several) in a building they are interested in.

Has anyone got any excellent contacts in any lending institutions who might be able to help?

My friend is rather particular - and is not living in the country - so we are hoping to find someone who can see the process through to completion without having to be chased with a long stick.

Appreciate any guidance you can offer.
