But only point when Al Dau Heights project goes up will block the View

its unfinished for this price, building area size is 110 sqm and there is 2 types

Villa A which in total size including land around 600 Sqm and you pay for land around 200 L.E per sqm

Villa B and the total size including land around 800sqm and you pay for land around 200 L.E per sqm

From what i saw its only 2 villas still available for sale in this area
