Moving money out of Morocco

I have sold an apartment to a local and after taking to the notary and agent all was suppose to be ok.
The money never arrived in my account in the UK.
The authorities would not send the cash as the money never came into Morocco in the first place.
So now I have a cheque for £50,000 in dirham and I have no idea how I get this over to the UK. Any help is appreciated.
