The average price of a new home in April was £226,859, up 3.2% from a year ago but down 1.9% compared with March and down 0.9% on a quarterly basis, the data from SmartNewHomes shows. Hello friends I am Deja here. I am very surprised to know about the UK rise in price of new homes. It may be due to inflation or the price of that very place. Index shows the extreme rise of prices in UK. It is may be the need of time.
