mortgage for property in al hamra

hi all
can someone tell me the best way to get mortgage for property and how long does it usually take when have all the paper work, wont be ready for couple of years i would say(Royal Breeze 3).what is the rate of interest there at the moment?

HSBC do finance for this. 60% and shouldn't take too long to get approved. HSBC will charge around 8% interest rate. All the info can be found on their UAE site.

I thought properties in Al hamra have finance available through the Arab bank plc
