Money refund

Invested money for 6 studios in Paramount Hotel Jumeirah Waterfront with Damac Properties. Co. The construction of project has been stopped since the government is expanding the port in that area. The project is on the stage of cancelation but not canceled yet. What is the procedure of getting the refund if the constructor had refused to return the amount?
