I am looking into making a medium to long term investment in a studio apartment preferbaly one with a mortgage available. Any Recommendations on which areas / properties I should consider.

I would suggest you look into JLT and Sports City both of which are still reasonably priced yet very hot property and should give you good returns in both a short term as well as long term scenario.....

IMPZ: looking at media city I was wondering if this can have the same potential.
