Mazagan launch date?

Does anyone know when the Mazagan project in El Jadida will be launched?

It looks like a really good project and I think the demand will be fairly strong. Mainly because, El Jadida is very historical, has beautiful beaches, and is located near Jerf Al Asfar, the second largest port in Africa. Also with the opening of the first motorway between El Jadida and Casablanca it will give potential buyers easy access to the resort and hence prove to be a good investment.

i live in the medina at azemmour and pass the mazagan project every day. it's huge, and now well underway in terms of the infrastructure. the completion date is firmly set for last quarter of 2009. for more info on the azemmour/mazagan/eljadida areas in general, feel free to contact me.

can anyone give me an update on the Mazagan launch date . Is the hotel and Casino Finished for example.

I pass the project most days, and today backsheeshed security to gain access. The 5 star hotel virtually on the beach at Haouzia is almost complete externally, all access roads are in place and they have seeded the first golf course. The casino isn't yet ready, but there's still a year to go and I'm sure Sun City Kerzner has everything in hand - anyway this is a Plan Azur project so it's guaranteed by the King. 2007 Year 2007 started of work.
2009 will be the opening of the first hotel unit.
2018 will be the completion of work.
