This particular quote is so true:

Yes sometime in the future it will attract the investor(precisely why there was such a mad rush to buy in dubai in the first place),meanwhile these people are waiting for prices to drop more.
So the obvious answer is that those who hold ready property will not suffer as much as the ones doing offplan(Develpers are facing the credit crunch as well, & defaulters along with falling offplan prices are not going to help themdeliver their launched property anywhere near their schedule)
