For anyone considering buying new property in the Fethiye, Calis area please be warned that Manzara Construction, builder of several complexes, are de-facto out of business and do not honour their obligations. I am one of many owners in the Mirage development who have had to spend good money on paying Manzara's debts to the public authorities in order to get to a stage where I can get the Habitation Permit and final TAPU. All my sympathy goes out to you.

I lost £20,000 to Manzara. All my life savings are gone and my 14 year marriage broke up due to the stress.

This happened in 2012. I did try to warn people on a similar forum and was treated as a liar.

I hope I managed to save a few other people from making my mistake.

I'm off to Turkey this week where I will be looking again for property. I will have to rent this time because all my deposit money has gone. Thanks Manzara.
