I am surprised that many people think that the prices of the apartments and villas available in Al Houara resort are expensive though I have just learnt that many developers in Tangier demand the same prices like us and even more though they do not have the facilities we have.
Maexpa's project Bahia Azahar in Tangier has reached its peak now the apartments of the first row are up to 33 000 DH/ sqm (Around 3000 Euros/sqm) and there is nothing special about this project. It is only a number of apartments with full sea views and swimming pools.
Al Chaabi Lil Iskane (Moroccan developer) requires 20 000 DH ( 1900 Euros) per sqm.
City Life Moroccorequires for its new project Vision up to 27 000 DH (2500 Euros/ sqm)
And there will many more developers with more expensive prices.
So Al Houara prices are very normal especially if we take into consideration the different facilities available to make of it a very special resort.
