Hi,
I'm keen to hear from any Madison Residence investors with Damac.
As you are all aware this has been delayed beyond belief and although they've now constructed a large portion of the external structure they are asking for the next instalments which I'm reluctant to pay given the delays thus far and also the high price of the apartments given the huge reduction in prices.
