Hi

I am looking to buy a studio apartment in dubai. I have emailed many agents that advertise online but they dont seem to reply.

I am looking for a small flat and a budget of up to 250,000 AED. I know this won't get me a place in the marina but a nice development with good access is acceptable. Can anyone advise me where is best to look?
