Long Term rental wanted

Does anyone know where we could find a long term rental property in Spain?

Our requirements are:

1. Costa Blanca preferred but anywhere considered.
2. Walking distance of amenities ie shop, bar, restaurant.
3. Furnished.
4. For 2 people + 2 dogs. (Dogs do not chew things or even bark).
5. Reasonable distance from airport.

Don't know when I will need a place, probably some time after Jan 2010, but will need for 6 or maybe 7 months.

Any help truly appreciated.

Does it allow dogs? Most appartments don't.

OK thanks, I will certainly keep that in mind. Like I said I don't know when I will be looking for a place, it depends on how long it takes to sell my property here.

Hi Growler, surely a villa or something is better if you have dogs.
There is plenty to rent so should be quite easy. Please be in touch if you want help.
