Hi All,

I live and work in the Algarve and I am currently looking for a long term rental, 12 months +, not just winter lets. If you know of anybody looking for a long term rent please let me know. We are looking for the following:

* within 20 minutes of Almancil
* 3/4 bedroom
* fire
* mains water or borehole
* happy to accept 2 cats
* budget upto max of €950 per month
* unfurnished or part furnished or large storage facililiy, i.e. large garage/basement
